No. We’re more interested in presence and personality than prior experience. Many of our models were scouted with zero portfolio.
How do I apply to become a model with LOSTANDFOUND?
You can either submit a form or DM us your polaroids and details on Instagram @lostandfound.mgmt.
What kind of photos should I send?
Natural light. No makeup. Plain background. Include a headshot, side profile, 3/4 portrait, and full body image.
Do you represent models outside of Brisbane?
Yes. We scout talent from all over Australia and worldwide. If you have the presence, we want to see it.
Will I hear back from you?
If we feel a strong connection with your submission, we’ll reach out. If you don’t hear from us within 7 days, feel free to follow up.
Why should I submit to LOSTANDFOUND?
We’re not a high-volume casting machine. We’re selective, thoughtful, and nurture long-term careers. If we believe in you, we back you fully.
Is there a height requirement?
We don’t follow a rigid formula, but most of our models are at least 5’7”. That said, if you have presence and potential, we want to see it.
Is there an age requirement?
Most of our scouting is focused on 16–23 year olds, but we consider all submissions individually. Parental consent is required if under 18.
What connections does LOSTANDFOUND have as a mother agency?
LOSTANDFOUND is co-founded by Dave Blake - a working fashion photographer with over a decade of experience in fashion, beauty, and editorial production. Through that network, we have trusted relationships with international model agencies, scouts, casting directors, creatives, and production teams. Our role as a mother agency is to guide talent into the right environments - from development shoots to international placements - and help you navigate every step with strategy and support.
What happens after I get signed?
We may start with development shoots and test work to build your confidence and portfolio. Then we work with you to explore local and global opportunities.
Are there any fees to apply or sign?
Never. We don’t charge to review submissions or sign models. If we move forward together, our earnings come from industry-standard commission.
